The MicroBulk System

The MicroBulk system is the latest solution in gas storage and distribution. Gas is delivered by The Welding Centers (TWC) specialized truck which transfers the gas to a stationary and highly efficient liquid vessel that replaces your high pressure or portable liquid cylinders. TWC's truck is sent to the clients location and transports the gas directly to the liquid vessel known as a Perma-Cyl, you can also use a wall mounted fill box.

The Perma-Cyl comes in different sizes to meet the clients needs. A digital gauge known as a Cyl-Tel is also provided. The new Cyl-Tel System is a liquid differential pressure gauge (DPG) which has two low level alerts that can be programmed.

Telemetry is a Cyl-Tel that is fully automated. When your Perma-Cyl needs to be filled TWC is notified to fill a clients tank via your Telemetry System, a phone line communication feature. From this notification their is no other paperwork or calls needed The Welding Center dispatches a truck to the clients location and fills the gas tanks. No employ interface is needed. With Telemetry we can monitor your gas supply needs, resulting in less paperwork and giving your company increased productivity.

Our specialized truck is outfitted with a Smart-Flow metering system, this monitors the flow electronically and prints bill of lading on-site. This process can be accomplished without interruption to the customer’s operation.

1. A MicroBulk system can centralize gases from several gas tanks to a single stationary vessel, a Perma-Cyl, by using piping or tubing. The gas can be transported to any number of pieces of equipment.

2. The Welding Centers Telemetry system is installed at the clients location in the MicroBulk system. The system is then monitored by TWC and notified when the gas is low. This quick and efficient method ensures the gas supply is uninterrupted.

3. The MicroBulk stainless steel vessels are stationary and permanent, no exchanges of tanks to be made. A well maintained single vessel on site improves quality and cost savings.

4. MicroBulk tanks can be filled via a wall mounted fill box. The fill box is located on the outside of a building. This very convenient box is highly efficient because their is no need to interrupt the clients workflow.
